All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be dispatched until they are paid for in full). Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately.

With the exception of Non Recorded Post, we are responsible for orders reaching you or your customer, orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense. Because Non Recorded Post cannot be tracked, we accept no responsibility for non arrival or loss of parcels using this postal option, customers choosing Non recorded Post do so at their own risk. Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery.

All products carry a warranty. please enquire with us as to the length of this warranty for any particular product. Faulty products can be returned directly to us and we will send out a replacement, where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued. The customer should return it along with the order number and a description of the fault. If the product is faulty, we will pay for the postage to return it to us (return postage should be at reasonable cost). The delivery address for returns is:
